If we can't do it we can likely recommend an alternative solution.  We are fair and your satisfaction - whether we do the work or not - is our primary goal.  Consultation and estimates are free and we document and get approvals for everything prior to starrting any procedures.  Of course, the cost of shipping an item (to and from) for our examination is paid by the client.
